CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Select services require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. This booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your service upon completion of your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with Skintalicious, you acknowledge that the booking fee is a reservation fee paid to secure your appointment time, service preparation, and reserved availability. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to attend their scheduled appointment, or do not follow cancellation procedures will forfeit their booking fee. Booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show. By checking the acknowledgment box and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and authorize Skintalicious to retain the booking fee in accordance with these terms.
